Removed the failed curb boot, cleaned and prepared the substrate, installed a new fully adhered TPO curb wrap extending well beyond the previous patch area. Heat-welded all edges. Addressed the two membrane seams with proper TPO splice treatment before they became active leaks. Documented everything for the practice's facility records.
