Over time, that flashing corrodes, sealant dries out, and water finds its way in.

We can replace the flashing without replacing the entire skylight in many cases. If the glass or frame is also compromised, a full replacement usually makes more sense.

Skylight Installation

Adding a skylight to an existing roof requires cutting through the decking and framing the opening properly. It's not something you want done wrong.
