A Real Job: Full Replacement in a Sugarloaf Subdivision — 30097

A two-story built in 2001 south of Sugarloaf Parkway. Steep front face (10/12), moderate rear (6/12). Original 4-inch sectional gutters sagging on the front. Standing water in the front flower bed after every rain. Moisture on the crawlspace vapor barrier.

Front gutters were undersized for the steep pitch volume. One downspout for a 42-foot run — inadequate. Behind the worst sagging section, the fascia had started softening.

Replaced damaged fascia (~14 linear feet). Installed 5-inch seamless on all elevations except the front, which got 6-inch to handle the steep pitch. Hidden hanger brackets at 18-inch spacing. Added a second front downspout. Extended all discharges to 4+ feet from the foundation.
