DOM Roofing & Restoration offers roofing and restoration services including inspections, repairs, replacements, and insurance assistance. All services will be clearly outlined in written estimates or contracts.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • Estimates provided are based on the current condition of the property and may be subject to change upon further inspection.
  • A deposit may be required prior to beginning any work.
  • Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including access to the property as needed for inspections or repairs.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the property complies with local codes unless stated otherwise in our agreement.

4. Media and Documentation

You may be asked to share pictures or videos related to your property’s condition. These materials are used only for service-related purposes and will not be shared externally.

5. Warranties and Liability

  • We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms will be provided in writing specific to the type of service performed.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or neglect unless directly caused by our work.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled service with reasonable notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee, depending on the nature of the project and materials ordered.

7. Privacy

All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
