When we decided it was time to replace the roof, Dmitry and his team were incredibly responsive: we made the decision on a Monday and were scheduled for the replacement the following Thursday. “My roof needed to replaced for a while but I kept trying to do my own little patch work and fixes to avoid having a huge expense. One day Adolfo from DOM Roofing & Restoration came by to talk because they were doing work in the area. He was super nice and not pushy at all. What got me interested is that they work with homeowners to make a claim with insurance to have the roof replacement covered by my homeowners claim. After he did a real inspection of my roof Adolfo was convinced that I had a strong case to make with my insurance company. We finally decided to give it a try because I had a few active leaks that were causing more damage inside. They helped file the claim with me providing all kinds of photos and video of the roof and the type of damage that is cause by wind and hail. It took a little while to navigate the bureaucracy of a large insurance company but in the end they agreed to PAY FOR THE ENTIRE ROOF, NOT JUST REPAIRS. “DOM Roofing & Restoration came to my neighborhood in Martinez Georgia shortly after Hurricane Helene hit. I had a tree fall on to my roof and destroy the ridge beam and several rafters. I used 72Tree to remove the 25,000 lbs. tree from my roof. Bailey Barnard, Project and Staff Coordinator for DOM had a crew up on my roof to tarp in immediately after the tree was removed. He used a OSB sheet to cover the dimple (hole) and then secured the tarp. Then we filed a claim with our insurance. The hurricane caused a great deal of damage so all of the adjusters were busy. Bailey worked diligently with the insurance company to assure accurate estimates.”

After vetting a few we settled on DOM Roofing and Restoration. Their initial presentation was thorough, personal, comprehensive but not intrusive or sales driven. Our roof was completed within a day with intermittent photos of the process until it was completed. Extended warranties cover the work beyond our life time. The hurricane devastation in Augusta was extensive and there were many reports of slow and incompetent contractors. I was more than happy with DOM. They were quick and did beautiful work. I needed to replace my entire roof as it was at end of life. I spoke and received quotes from 4 roof contractors. I chose DOM Roofing & Restoration because they took the time with me, patient with all my questions, and also educated me on different elements of a roof. They also showed me all the different materials that would be used. I had a deck wall between me and my neighbor (as we are connected) and it was originally topped with shingles which looked terrible. DOM explained we could do a Coping Cap there and is also better protection. What a difference. I had a serious leak in my roof, found them on Google and gave them a call. Dmitry was literally out at my house in 15 minutes inspecting the damage and giving me a quote! 15 minutes everyone! Simply incredible! They had the roof fixed in 3 days. It would of been fixed in two days, but it rained the day they came out to do the repairs. They also charged me a reasonable price.

BEST service we’ve ever had – we called multiple roofing companies, and all of them wanted to charge us a ton of money and couldn’t truly get someone to inspect our roof. Dmitry personally answered the phone and was so helpful – it felt like someone who truly wanted cared about our problem. He got to our house quickly, and had the problem resolved. “A friend of mine suggested Dom Roofing when our roof overhanging the porch started leaking. I was impressed with the promptness of service-they came to check out the problem right away and gave me a precise quote, explaining the things they were going to fix and showing it on the video. It made decision making easier for us because I could easily share the video and comments with my husband.
On the day of the repairs, the crew tested which part of the roof needed to be fixed by pouring water from the hose on the roof. They then dried the area and started the repairs. Due to weather some of our sidings came off. It was very difficult to find the color or even type of sidings. Dom and his team took a sample and visited so many stores for over a week. Hello everyone! A couple months ago a tree fell on my house. I got really big stress. I didn’t even know how to remove the tree from the house! My insurance agent didn’t answer. So, after some researches I got this company and really lucky about that. They cared about everything and took the stress out. So, finally, I got new roof with good quality without any stress. I had a hole in my two-story living room and contacted Dom. I sent him some pictures and he was very responsive to set-up time to come to my house and assess the source of the damage. When Dom arrived, he was very professional and friendly. Dom did a thorough check of the roof and chimney area, even sending me pictures of what he was seeing. Dom couldn’t see anything from the exterior to cause the damage so he went into my attic. He did a thorough check of the area and found the source of the damage. Dom sent me a video of what he saw. The HVAC pipe was missing foam insulation in multiple places. Condensation was dripping through the attic insulation which caused the small hole in my ceiling. Dom told me how to easily fix the problem which I greatly appreciated.With his thoroughness to find my problem and advice on how to fix it, I knew he was trustworthy. I asked if he could fix some other issues that I knew I already had, like my gutters and shutters. Dom gave me a fair price and now those issues have been resolved.
